Behind the Testing Revolution

We're the team that transforms chaotic development cycles into streamlined, predictable processes. Since 2018, we've been helping Taiwan's tech companies build software that actually works.

How We Started

Back in 2018, I was consulting for a mid-size fintech company in Taipei. Their mobile app kept crashing during payment processing. Users were furious. The development team was working 80-hour weeks, but they were essentially playing whack-a-mole with bugs.

That's when it hit me – they didn't need more developers. They needed better testing processes. Within three months, we'd implemented automated regression testing, established clear quality gates, and created documentation that actually made sense.

The crash rate dropped from 23% to under 2%. More importantly, their developers got their lives back. That project became the blueprint for everything we do at Igniteonglow.

Started as a QA analyst in Stockholm, moved to Taiwan in 2016. Has debugged everything from banking systems to food delivery apps. Believes that good testing saves more time than it costs.

Automated testing frameworks that actually reduce manual work instead of creating more
Performance testing that identifies bottlenecks before they crash your production systems
API testing strategies that catch integration issues early in development
Mobile app testing across Android and iOS devices common in Taiwan market
Security testing focused on financial and e-commerce applications
Test documentation that developers actually read and follow
CI/CD pipeline integration that prevents broken builds from reaching staging
Load testing for applications expecting high traffic during festivals and shopping events

Our Process Philosophy

Test What Matters

We don't test everything. We test the critical paths that keep your business running. A crashed login page costs more than a misaligned button.

Speed Through Automation

Manual testing has its place, but we automate repetitive checks. Your team should spend time on creative problem-solving, not clicking through the same workflows daily.

Tools That Work

We choose testing tools based on what your team can actually maintain. The fanciest framework means nothing if it breaks every time someone updates a dependency.

Automated testing setup and continuous integration pipeline configuration
Performance testing analysis and system optimization workflows
Quality assurance team collaboration and testing strategy planning
